Handbook-Pro API

An API (short for Application Programmable Interface) allows programmers to create links between different applications.

Handbook-Pro has a modern and fast API that is free to use for all our customers.

Permission Check.

This interface will tell if a user is in compliance with your Handbook. It is used for instance to link to Access-Card systems to Handbook-Pro, where the system checks if the user is allowed access based on the Must-Read-and-Confirm articles in your Handbook.

If the user did not read all the mandatory articles in your Handbook: Access Denied!

This interface is also used to create lists of users per site that are and are not in compliance. This gives a site-manager an online overview of who is and is not allowed access.

Users interface.

This interface allows user data in Handbook-Pro to be synchronized with, for example, your HR- or ERP system:
- new users can be created
- existing users can be updated
- users can be blocked from accessing Handbook-Pro.
