Can I upload documents?
Yes. We have a built-in feature where you can ask your subcontractor to upload a certificate or permit.
Do I need to translate all my articles when I have readers in a different language?
No you don't.
If the app does not find an article in the language of the Reader, it will show the article in the main language.
Is there an online Manual?
Of course!
And we used the best product on the market for it: Handbook-Pro.
In our onboarding procedures, we provide you with access to our own Handbook.
What is Handbook-Pro Studio?
The Studio is the environment where you create your Handbooks and where you set up the Readers for your Handbooks
Can I revoke access to my Handbook for a Reader?
Yes!
In the Studio, you simply ad a "Valid To" date to a user, and after that date, this account can no longer access your Handbook
I have Readers that need access in the future, can U already set them up?
Yes!
You can enter a "Valid from" date in the user setup and only after this date, this account can access your Handbooks.
Can a Reader accidentally change or delete parts of a Handbook.
No way!
The access the Readers have is technically different from the Studio so this is not possible.
I have different people responsible for different parts of my Handbook, can I set that up?
You can use Usergroups to give groups of Readers acces to only a part of your Handbook. This gives them only the parts that are relebant for them.
You can use the User-groups also for the Studio Editors so that different people can only work on their own sections of the Handbook
Do I need an app to read the Handbook?
No, the Handbook can also be read via a web-link. We will provide you with that link after your subscription.
I have different sites that have their own SSSP's, how do I do that?
You can create different chapters for different sites. With the reader groups you can assign people, internal and external, to one or more chapters.
