Reader-groups to distribute the information to different groups of readers as effective as possible. In many cases, not all readers need to see all chapters of your Handbook(s).
Validity dates. To control who has access to your Handbooks and the number of licenses you need to have.
Compliancy registration & Reporting:
Handbook-Pro registers which readers have read, or confirmed, which articles.
Extensive reporting can be done periodically, or ad-hoc in case of a breach in compliance.

Access to your Handbook(s) is easy to manage. The only thing a reader needs to do is download the app in de App Store or Play Store, and login with an e-mail address that you provided.
Easy to use. No training needed for readers to read your Handbook.
Direct visibility of sections that must be read, or read-and-confirmed.
Off-line use. The app will be updated every 24 hours once the readers is online again.
Privacy: no personal data or location data is stored anywhere.
The app presents the articles in the language of the readers, and if there is no translation, the app shows the article in the default language.
